It can be difficult to meditate for this long if you’re new to it, so start with shorter periods of time until you feel comfortable extending them further into the future (a few weeks).
Why do we need both yoga and meditation?
Both yoga and meditation are excellent ways to build mindfulness into your daily life—especially when they’re practiced together! Here’s why:

Meditation is also beneficial for people who suffer from stress or anxiety because it reduces cortisol levels in the body, which makes it easier for them to relax after stressful situations arise during their day-to-day
